Architecture
PROFESSIONAL PROJECT
Parque 138 is surrounded by important access roads, public transport, parks and shopping centers. Located in an area of high development, the set of residential buildings makes an open proposal in their distribution and communal spaces. The facades show a set of warm and cold materials that maintain the sobriety of the project while encouraging cozy spaces for the day to day. Its mixed-use program allows the building to maintain first-floor relationships with the environment, promoting quality of life in the place. The single entrance for the two towers located on the “carrera” (street with less traffic and greater tranquility) makes the uses independent and allows a greater degree of privacy for its residents. In this way, its mixed use contributes to the construction of the city, but it keeps private spaces in a reserved environment. The communal and recreational space is divided into two parts. The first is the communal hall that allows flexibility in its use according to the needs of the inhabitants. The second one, on the habitable roof, has a social entertainment area and a green deck recreational area for a pet training zone.
